One of our downtown Des Moines clients is seeking a temporary CUSTOMER SERVICE MEDICAL INTERVIEWER to help during their open enrollment season. If you have previous customer service experience and enjoy phone work, apply now! RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strong communication skills, both written & verbal
• Previous customer service or call center experience
• Knowledge of medical insurance is a plus, not required
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to commit to the entire project

HOURS:

• Monday - Friday
• 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
