Palmer Group is partnering with a well-established organization in their search for a MORTGAGE LOAN OFFICER. We are searching for a candidate that is a natural leader and can bring 2+ years of experience to the table. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for driving new mortgage business through relationship building and community outreach
• Develop contacts and connections in the Des Moines Metro area to bring in new mortgage business
• Evaluate and make credit decisions on new mortgage business
• Service a wide variety of mortgage, real estate, and construction loans
• Analyze tax and financial statements, credit histories to determine financial status

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years mortgage and/or sales experience
• Experience soliciting your own mortgage leads through connections
• Service and relationship-driven
• Ability to make a difference in members looking to buy a home
