We have a new banking opportunity that could be just what you are looking for. Our client is looking for the right candidate to greet customers with a warm and friendly face as their newest TELLER. They currently have openings in Des Moines, Altoona, and Ankeny. The person in this role will conduct financial transactions between customers and the bank while using a computer terminal. They will also communicate with customers by responding to their inquiries and problems. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and process financial transactions between customers and the bank
• Respond to routine customer inquiries and problems
• Identify potential sales opportunities
• Count and balance vault and ATM accounts accurately
• Process payments on accounts

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma
• 1 year of teller, cash handling, and/or customer service experience
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Outgoing and professional

HOURS:

• 40 hours per week
• Monday - Friday between 7:45AM - 5:45PM
• Saturdays: 2-3 times per month 8:30AM - 12:30PM
