    Palmer Johnson Power Systems (PJPS) has a great opportunity for a full-time Service Coordinator in our Olathe, KS location. The Service Coordinator is responsible for providing on-site service-related solutions to our customers by working with our service team to provide quotes, schedule service, order parts, and other administrative duties.

In addition to this, the Equipment Services arm of our business fills a Service Dealer/Provider role for many Equipment OEM’s in various industries such as JLG, SkyTrak, Lull, Genie, Terex, Wacker Neuson, Skyjack, Gehl, Hyster, Hyundai, Brandt Rail and others. About the Opportunity: The Service Coordinator is responsible for building and maintaining professional relationships with service and re-manufacturing customers. At Palmer Johnson, we strive to deliver a high-quality product and service with a high sense of urgency because this is what our customers need. Our Service Coordinators play an integral role in this commitment to our customers ensuring that parts arrive on time and that our Service Manager and Technicians are supported. This role reports to the local Service Manager but is also part of a company-wide SVC team that helps administer our Service Department’s overall needs.

    • Do you enjoy and excel with customer interaction (internal and external)?
    • Do you have a basic level of mechanical aptitude and are able to read and understand assembly manuals, drawings, and schematics? Not required – we love to train!
