We are searching for a full-time Accounting and Sales Support Specialist to join our fast-growing managed IT services firm. If you are a self-starter who thrives on helping others, whether clients, vendors, or our internal team, and can juggle it all with a smile, this may be the position for you!

This role will be performing accounting functions along with supporting our sales team with sales admin functions. Duties include but are not limited to: processing AP, recording credit card transactions, reconciling credit cards, managing inventory, answering inbound calls, supporting our sales team by checking and processing deals, procurement, custom order items and supplies, checking and sorting inbound mail and packages, and processing outgoing shipments.

Occasional tasks will include ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory of stock items, coordinating events, and other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or related admin field
• Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
• Experience in data entry
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Well organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
• Previous experience with bill.com and Quickbooks desktop a plus, but not required
