    The Corporate Finance team is seeking to add a high-impact Manager to lead its Data and Analytics team.

    The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver and advisor at heart. We are looking for someone with solid business judgment and experience tackling complex business issues. Identifying a comprehensive framework, gathering evidence and building a lucid narrative are skills critical to success in this role. Flexibility and quick thinking are essential, as you would be expected to build analyses and marshal resources in a dynamic environment to address novel business questions. Analytical skills and business acumen skills are going to be critical to be able to identify, measure and impact the important metrics needed to manage the business; ability to simplify complex content and marry analytical/scientific thinking with business demand is going to be key in order to be successful.

    Your Impact

    • You must be able to build a strong finance data foundation, meaningful analytics and proper controls over the various metrics being managed and reported by Corporate
    • You will be a key analytics partner for the FP&A leadership by understanding the business challenges and creating necessary dashboards to drive relevant business decisions
    • Identify key opportunities for automation and work closely with the Systems team to help develop the next generation of data analytics
    • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards for - Revenue, Headcount and P&L reporting
    • Be involved in the development and deployment of business intelligence solutions for FP&A community
    • Support Management reporting with any ad hoc needs that arise through the course of a quarter
    • Nurture deep, trusted partnerships with your respective technical teams and IT
    • Provide analytical rigor and bring technical- strategic leadership to operational initiatives
    • Drive continuous process improvement, standardization, simplification, install proper controls and reporting enhancements
    • Develop and monitor critical success metrics, and communicate actionable insights
    • Creativity, especially in problem-solving - able to use creativity and curiosity as tools to pick apart any problem, producing a solution that is relevant and realistic - identifies creative solutions and not afraid to think outside the box - finds creative solutions for data challenges & storytelling

    Your Experience

    • Bachelor’s in Finance, IT, or equivalent (e.g. MBA) strongly preferred or equivalent military experience required
    • Experience 5+ years FP&A experience or equivalent tenure from related positions in corporate finance, accounting, data analytics teams
    • Experience working with and having an understanding of SaaS revenue models, related revenue recognition and SaaS metrics desired
    • Advanced user of Tableau, GCP- Big Query, SAP Analytics and Excel ( running Macros and SQL’s)
    • Analytical problem-solver with the ability to gather, analyze and synthesize large amounts of data in order to drive effective and efficient executive decision-making - Own the end-to-end recommendation process

    The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $108,800/yr to $176,000/yr. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
