    We're looking for an experienced and empathetic leader to manage a team and drive operational rigor across the broader Enterprise Customer Solutions Architecture team in Xpanse.

    Xpanse's Enterprise Solutions team provides world-class strategic, technical, and project management partnership to all of our Fortune 2000 customers. As the team closest to our customers and their use of Xpanse's products, Customer Solutions Architecture works closely with product, engineering, data science, and sales functions at Palo Alto Networks.  We are in a building phase, so all team members are developing tools, repeatable, scalable and processes. The team has a diverse set of backgrounds in cyber security, engineering, SaaS, and consulting.

    YOUR IMPACT

    In this role, you will work directly with the VP of Customer Success to drive:

    • Team Leadership: Help to hire, enable, manage, and mentor a team of Solutions Architects/Engineers and Enterprise Engagement Managers as they navigate current and future company objectives. Team objectives include operationalization (integration and action from Xpanse data and products), efficiency, and contributions to product and services development.

    • Customer Engagement (customer-facing): Once ramped, engage directly with customers as a point of escalation and senior relationship holder to drive account satisfaction, retention, and expansion.

    • Customer Engineering (internal process): Refine and drive customer engineering & architecture with SEIM integrations, threat intelligence, and APIs.

    YOUR EXPERIENCE

    • You lead by example: you encourage direct reports, peers, and managers around you to explore new ways of doing things; you have a track record of providing others with thoughtful, specific feedback and opportunities to learn

    • You have 2+ years in a lead or management capacity supporting, directing, and mentoring team members 

    • You bring cybersecurity and software product implementation experience 

    • You are transparent and clear in your communication style; you have a proven ability to motivate others and communicate a clear vision

    • You bring experience in engineering management, professional services delivery, or consulting; experience with SaaS or major consulting organization is a plus

    • You have earned a degree in a technical field (Engineering or Computer Science) or have equivalent hands-on experience

    • You are comfortable with data analysis, statistics, and data visualization

    • You have a conceptual understanding of technical topics (e.g. cybersecurity, software engineering, product development)

    • You can communicate highly technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

    • You have clearly exhibited an ability to be flexible and to adapt quickly to change
