Palo Alto Networks is looking for an experienced finance professional to join the team as a Finance Manager, SASE GTM Finance. We are looking for a self-starter with strong analytical skills, an effective communicator, and a leader passionate for driving change in a dynamic fast-paced environment – all-in-one.

This individual will report to the CFO Prisma SASE.

YOUR IMPACT

• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success Executives to drive the SASE flywheel and ensure alignment with overall market conditions and internal business and financial goals
• Develop a deep understanding of the drivers of sales and customer success processes and how to allocate resources to generate sustainable growth.
• Contribute to the planning and forecasting processes across the organization, utilizing internal financial forecast models, systems, and tools
• Provide insightful and actionable recommendations for decision making through data analysis
• Execute on requests from business partners, corporate FP&A, accounting, and other cross-functional teams
• Drive and provide support for ad-hoc strategic and financial analyses

Qualifications

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor degree in Economics/Finance, MBA preferred
• 5~7 years related experience showing strong career progression.
• Investment banking/management consulting/private equity experience is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills, with understanding of software, appliances and/or internet industry business models.
• Ability to prioritize business needs, adapt to rapid business changes, meet tight deadlines, and communicate effectively.
• Team player, self-motivated, proactive, organized, and positive attitude.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau, Excel and experience with databases, financial systems and data visualization tools (e.g. SFDC, Tableau, Einstein Analytics).
• Bonus points for experience merging, enhancing, and analyzing large data sets utilizing technologies (e.g. SQL, R, Python).
