YOUR CAREER 

We are looking for a Finance Business Manager to join our Prisma Cloud Finance team. The ideal candidate enjoys collaborating with others, bringing structure to the unstructured, and approaching problems with an innovative mindset. 

This individual will report to the Senior Finance Manager. 

YOUR IMPACT

• Proactively manage end-to-end reporting process ensuring quality and accessibility of data, reports, and dashboards
• Streamline and automate the financial reporting process by connecting to various data sources (SAP, SFDC,Tableau, google sheets), building tableau reports and dashboards. Dynamically providing financial information with little manual efforts.
• Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly executive reporting on topline and expenses, highlighting key risks and opportunities
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations through data analysis of business drivers like discounting, deal sizes, sales productivity, renewal rate, adoption rate, and LTV:CAC
• Build, maintain, and improve models to refine near-term and long-term bookings growth and profitability outlook
• Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g. Finance, IT, Sales Ops) to continually improve alignment, consistency, data integrity, and automation
• Meet deliverables and requests from business partners, Finance, Accounting, and other cross-functional teams

Qualifications

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• Understand drivers and economics of a SaaS business model
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau, Excel and experience with financial systems and data visualization tools (e.g. SFDC, SAP BPC, Tableau, Einstein Analytics)
• 5+ years of related FP&A and business analysis experience with record of strong achievement
• Ability to prioritize business needs, adapt to rapid business changes, meet tight deadlines, and communicate effectively
• Bonus points for experience merging, enhancing, and analyzing large data sets utilizing technologies (e.g. SQL, R, Python)
• Team player, self-motivated, proactive, organized, and positive attitude
