    Job Description

    YOUR CAREER 

    We are looking for a Finance Business Manager to join our Prisma Cloud Finance team. The ideal candidate enjoys collaborating with others, bringing structure to the unstructured, and approaching problems with an innovative mindset. 

    This individual will report to the Senior Finance Manager. 

    YOUR IMPACT

    • Manage end-to-end GTM and Customer Success Team’s Headcount and Opex management
    • Manage day to day sales deal approval- drive financial discipline through data driven analytics, collaboration and leadership
    • Process owners of monthly opex close activity, such as accrual, PO approval, forecast, budget vs. actual variance analysis etc.
    • Perform various deep dive analysis and communicate findings effectively to senior management team 
    • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly executive reporting on headcount, expenses, highlighting key risks and opportunities
    • Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g. HR, IT, Sales Ops) to continually improve alignment, consistency, data integrity, and automation
    • Meet deliverables and requests from business partners, Finance, Accounting, and other cross-functional teams
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    YOUR EXPERIENCE

    • 5+ years of related Sales Finance, FP&A or business analysis experience with record of strong achievement
    • Opex management, including forecast, accrual, PO, BVA analysis is must
    • Deal approval, booking analysis or related experience is preferred
    • Hands on experience of headcount tracking and reporting
    • Able to manage multiple sets of data and streamline process for unstructured data
    • Understand drivers and economics of a SaaS business model is preferred

     

    Tools

    • Excellent excel modeling skills to solve complex business questions 
    • Bonus points for experience merging, enhancing, and analyzing large data sets utilizing technologies (e.g Tableau, SQL)
    • SAP experience is a plus

If hired in Colorado, this position starts at $107,300/yr. Depending on the position offered, restricted stock units and incentive or bonus pay may be provided as part of this compensation package.
