    YOUR CAREER

    We are looking for a leader to join our Healthcare Industry Solutions organization to grow our global Healthcare industry vertical. This senior role requires a thoughtful point of view about the Healthcare industry, as well as the ability to develop and drive industry-specific solutions into the market, drive the business at scale, foster relationships with Healthcare senior executives, and work closely with our Healthcare account teams (and sellers calling on Healthcare accounts) on strategic opportunities.

    You must be a segment leader as well as demonstrate industry solution leadership and be a Healthcare industry expert with direct experience in or selling to Healthcare industry entities. 

    YOUR IMPACT

    • Executive leadership of a highly professional team of GTM industry and technical experts based globally

    • Support the development of messaging, positioning, and points of view for Healthcare customers

    • Develop Healthcare-specific solutions and content, for customer positioning, field enablement, and campaigns as needed to achieve industry goals

    • Take personal responsibility for supporting the growth of solution pipeline and revenue in the global Healthcare market

    • Work collaboratively with virtual cross-functional teams including Corporate Marketing, Sales, Sales Enablement, Field Marketing, Cloud Marketing, Alliances, and ISV to develop and execute the strategic go to market plan for the Healthcare industry

    • Present to large customer audiences as well as command the attention of C-level executives; earn their trust through expertise and relevance

    • The estimated, approximate balance of time will be ~ 30% Strategy Development, 20% driving internal strategy alignment/performance accountability,  20-30% field facing/partner facing for training or enablement, and 20-30% customer-facing (remote, on-site as required, CAB)

  • Qualifications

    YOUR EXPERIENCE

    • 10+ years of experience working in the Healthcare industry, with knowledge/experience with healthcare operations, growth strategies, and innovative solutions

    • Knowledge of the typical use cases and patterns in a Healthcare environment

    • Demonstrated ability in launching and growing innovative products and solutions, preferably with familiarity with security and/or operations

    • Experience crafting compelling positioning and thought leadership content

    • Superior track record of collaboration and being a trusted advisor to the sales organization to win strategic deals.

    • Strong communication and writing skills. Stellar public speaking skills

    • Experience presenting at conferences/seminars and customer engagements.

    • Effective organizational skills and ability to manage competing projects with tight deadlines

    • Bachelor's degree. MBA or related Master's degree a big plus
