Our global internship program trains the next-generation of cybersecurity talent across a range of specializations, from threat intelligence to information security, engineering, and marketing. Interns and recent graduates can learn about the network security industry from leading thinkers, grow their professional networks, and be part of a career-defining experience.
This program will allow an ambitious student a unique opportunity to engage and support our different practice groups including Transactions, Privacy, Employment, Intellectual Property, and Corporate Securities, in hopes that they explore areas of law they are interested in and have the chance to learn something new. Our intern program will help develop skills in drafting agreement templates, conducting diligence on internal procedures, leading research projects, negotiating agreements, and learning operational functions to support an in-house legal department.

THE TEAM
The law department is responsible for providing legal services and advice to the company, its various departments, and employees. The Legal Intern will report to the Head of Legal Operations and/or a Senior Attorney on a day-to-day basis, with oversight and governance from sponsoring Legal Counsels.
Qualifications
YOUR EXPERIENCE
Have a curiosity about the work of an in-house legal department
Demonstrated interest in cybersecurity, privacy, and information security
Business-related experience and a strong interest in a transaction-based practice
Ability to prioritize and manage numerous tasks quickly, accurately, and efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under deadline pressure
Diligent, flexible, detail oriented and self-motivated
Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and computer skills are required
Quick learner of various collaboration and productivity tools
Self-learner that is willing to search to resolve before escalating for assistance
Committed to professionalism and collegiality
All applicants must be pursuing a JD degree in an ABA-accredited law school, have completed their first or second year, and returning to school in the fall. You must have authorization to work within the United States.

Disclosure required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum compensation (includes on-target earnings = base + on target incentives for sales roles) for this role to be located in the state of Colorado. If hired in Colorado, this position starts at $25/hr. Depending on the position offered, restricted stock units and incentive or bonus pay may be provided as part of this compensation package.
