We’re looking for a results-oriented Sr. Marketing Manager, GSI who thrives in a fast-paced environment to help accelerate our marketing efforts in one of our fastest growing segments. The Senior Marketing Manager, GSI will be responsible for working with our GSI partners to set our global go-to-market strategy, and develop and execute marketing programs to increase awareness and drive demand, in support of our strategic priorities and growth objectives.
YOUR IMPACT
Planning & Execution
Develop, refine and implement a quarterly/six month marketing plan aligned to GSI team goals and strategies to include communication and awareness, thought leadership and demand generation
Build relationships deep and wide within the partner; secure partner commitment on marketing plans
Communicate six month/quarterly plans to GSI leadership via QBRs and other planning sessions
Ensure marketing programs and tactics delivered on time, within budget, meeting ROI expectations/forecast
Elevate Demand
Focus on executing impactful campaigns tailored to individual GSIs
Identify opportunities to leverage GSI relationships to support corporate marketing programs
Foster creativity and find new ways to market with partner teams
Marketing
Lead the creation of joint marketing campaigns for GSIs including content, events, multi-touch demand generation programs and ABM and coordinate with global demand generation teams for execution
Provide regular marketing updates to key stakeholders via weekly calls and email communications
Assess the effectiveness of marketing programs against GSI growth targets and focus areas

Salary disclosure required by sb19-085 for positions located in the state of Colorado: If hired in Colorado, this position starts at a salary of $109,900/yr. Sales roles are also eligible for incentive pay targeted at up to 100% of the offered base salary. Restricted stock units and bonus pay may also be offered as part of this compensation package, as well as benefits that include: flexible paid time off, employee stock purchase program, medical, dental, vision, 401K, life, and disability insurance.
