YOUR IMPACT

• Partner with Product Management leaders to align business and financial goals

• Become an expert in the company’s products, pricing, and market competitive forces

• Lead analysis on business performance. Conduct insightful data driven analysis to derive insights that will drive business decisions and recommendations

• Provide headlights into impact to long term P&L

• Drive and support ad-hoc strategic and financial projects

• Produce Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting and metrics

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

• BA/BS in an analytical field (e.g. Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business or related field); advanced degree/MBA preferred but not required

• 5-8 years related experience showing strong career progression; management consulting/investment banking/private equity experience a plus

• Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills, with an understanding of Saas, appliances and/or internet industry business models

• Strong team player, and independent thinker, with high intellectual and emotional intelligence

• Strong business partnering skills: ability to support/influence executives in the Product Management and Finance organizations

• Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex topics in a distilled manner to leadership

• Deadline-driven, organized, and able to multi-task with the willingness to adapt to the rapid business and organizational demands that result from a high-growth environment

• Experience with and/or a willingness to master various financial systems, including SAP, BPC, Tableau, and other BI tools
