Job Description
YOUR IMPACT
Help design and execute communications and graphic/visual assets (Think email banners, event flyers, blog headers, program logos, graphics to post on websites and social media)
Support social media efforts by creating and posting content on a regular cadence; specifically designing and leading a campaign for the 2021 Summer Intern class
Heavily engage with the Intern community to build and maintain relationships with interns, gathering stories that can be leveraged to highlight internally and externally
Participate in Employer Brand Team related programs and process improvement projects as needed
YOUR EXPERIENCE
Creative skill sets with graphic design, photo, and video editing (We use Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, PicMonkey, iMovie, and more!)
Strong storytelling skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize time, and meet deadlines in a challenging and fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
Self-directed and able to work independently
