    Job Description

    Your Career

    In this role, you will manage a team Professional Services  Consultants in your assigned territory. You will be responsible to drive professional services business, provide management oversight to your team and all ongoing engagements, including  recruiting, managing, directing and inspiring a team with a diverse set of skills and backgrounds  You will ensure the delivery of Palo Alto Networks solutions, exceeding expectations and driving high levels of customer engagement. You will also work closely with sales to ensure customer satisfaction, build relationships with all customers in your territory and ensure customer success and referenceability. 

    Your Impact

    • Provide strategic direction and input to the technical development of Professional Services Consultants reporting to you

    • Manage the activities of the team such as hiring, development, promotions, time off, expense reports, development growth, training, and corrective actions

    • Build relationships with customers who have long term engagements to ensure that the timelines are being met, feedback on how the consultants are performing, escalations, etc.

    • Build relationships with the sales team to:

      • Ensure customer requirements are met

      • Drive new business by utilizing Professional Services capabilities and offerings

      • Ensure all customer engagements are successful

    • Provide status to the Services leadership team on all major activities, issues, escalations, etc.

    • Participate in the development and execution of strategic direction and input to the technical development of the Resident Engineering product offerings

    • 25% travel may be required (subject to public travel restrictions)

     

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Your Experience

    • Experience managing teams of 10+ multi-disciplined, technical resources

    • Skilled in key business systems - SFDC, Clarizen, G-Suite preferred

    • Strong knowledge of Internet security concepts and products

    • Knowledge of cybersecurity technologies such as SOAR, XDR, and SASE. 

    • Understand Critical Security Controls, Incident Response practices, and Security Operations Center environments

    • Experience developing IR Workflows for SOC Analysts a plus

    • The ability to solve problems creatively and develop and manage business solutions for complex problems.

    • Demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities

    • Demonstrated experience meeting revenue and customer satisfaction targets

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Certifications such as CISSP and/or others like PMP
