    The Farm is Palo Alto Networks creative agency, in the Global Brand, Digital and Demand (BD&D) group. We oversee all of advertising and marketing to ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications.

    The Farm is responsible for providing oversight on advertising activities worldwide, and we are the essential bridge between the marketing & product teams and our advertising agency of record, Omnicom Media Group. In addition to liaising with many diverse groups, including Marketing, Sales, Legal, PR & Communications, People Team, Workplace Resource teams. We also maintain positive relationships with partners around the world at the international offices of PANW. Developing and fostering healthy, productive, professional partnerships is an essential requirement of every member of our team.

    YOUR IMPACT

    In this role, you will be responsible for leading the creative development and production process, ensuring accuracy and internal communication for all advertising initiatives.

    • You will proactively communicate and drive multiple, simultaneous campaign efforts, from inception to completion (e.g. project approval, strategic development, creative concept process, structure of reviews, and execution).
    • You will be responsible for prioritizing and aligning our internal creative teams on a regular cadence, securing integration across functions, partnering and leading the set up and facilitation of status meetings and tracking action items throughout.
    • You will be critical in supporting relationships between marketing and product marketers and the agency partners in order to improve and consolidate the creative agency ecosystem.
    • You will manage creative producers within our in house agency and overall production workstreams, to ensure projects are executed on time and approved by key stakeholders within PANW.
    • You will communicate with relevant groups to ensure they are kept up to date on the progress of our deliverables, have all necessary materials, and are aligned with our work.

    YOUR EXPERIENCE

    • You have ~5+ of brand marketing and agency experience working with global brands, ideally advertising specific and with an emphasis on integrated communications.
    • You can balance working in a fast-paced, creatively driven organization applying strong work ethic.
    • You are a strategic thinker, comfortable navigating and ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
    • You have the ability to inventively problem solve and organize information at a high level to address potential roadblocks and define the best way forward with rigorous attention to detail.
    • You understand campaign development, digital and video asset creation and approval cycles.
    • You have extraordinary communication skills and are at ease building rapport, credibility and influence with multiple partners working in a dynamic, highly matrixed organization. 
    • Experience with Workfront is a plus.

    TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:  Long term, minimal travel may be required.
