As part of the PANFS team you will have a unique opportunity to be part of a newly formed and growing team within Palo Alto Networks. You will have direct responsibility for helping to establish the credit and risk management functions and processes for PANFS. It is a role that requires collaboration with multiple teams including operations, revenue, technical accounting, tax, legal, IT, and sales.Your ImpactSupport the Company’s product sales teams on all incoming financing requests including pricing, deal structuring, and documentation.Work closely with the Company’s deals desk and sales finance teams to ensure PANFS deals are structured in accordance with the Company’s and PANFS’s economic expectations. Work closely with PANFS’s Credit and Operations Manager to ensure all PANFS transactions meet the minimum required risk profiles. Ensure that all PANFS transactions are processed accurately in accordance with PANFS documented policies and procedures.Coordinate with the Company’s legal team on all non-standard terms and conditions.Administer and support PANFS financing transactions over the entire deal life cycleQualificationsYour ExperienceBachelor degree in Economics, Finance or equivalent area MBA preferredMinimum 5 years of leasing/financing experienceStrong working knowledge of global leasing and finance industry (including accounting and revenue implications)Strong working knowledge of transaction structures for equipment and software financing including relevant experience with contract administration. Experience with IDS Rapport and InfoLease lease/loan system is a plusExperience managing and working with banks and third party finance companiesPositive attitude and highly professional demeanor, sense of humor helps!Strong quantitative and analytical skillsExceptional organization, prioritization, multi-tasking and time management skillsA proactive and assertive approach to managing tasks and responsibilitiesProficiency in Google Suite applications as well as certain Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPointAbility to solve problems and think quickly under pressureWork effectively as a team player in a collaborative environment as well with peers and members of the greater organizationBe comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environmentAdditional InformationThe TeamPalo Alto Networks Financial Services was formed to provide financing arrangements to Palo Alto Networks, Inc.’s Enterprise customers.
