Job Description

Palo Alto Networks is looking for an entry level lab technician for the TechOps technical teams. This individual will work collaboratively with Compliance and Failure Analysis Teams.  This individual will perform essential day to day lab activities.

PRIMARY TASKS:

• Inventory management 

• Basic system SW configuration 

• Maintain lab equipment 

• HW test setup

• Escalation report priority 

• Daily device logistics

• Maintain lab consumables

• General lab maintenance

• General reporting 

• Scrap device management

• Assist and observe Compliance/Reliability 3rd party lab interaction 

• Entry level FA 

• Maintain Tech-Ops environmental chamber scheduling and calibration.

Qualifications

SKILLS:

• Familiar with Google Suite, Spreadsheets and Word documents.

• Complete tasks with limited supervision

• Basic Technical skills ( Linux, Debug, Networking)

• Self Motivated

• Attention to detail

• Communication skills

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• 0-2 yrs of experience working in a similar role

• High School Diploma with technical experience

• Associates/Technical degree or equivalent experience
