    YOUR CAREER

    This role will report to the SVP, Investor Relations and Corporate Development and lead M&A deals from diligence to close. Your work as a Head of Corporate Development will directly and visibly give to our overall strategy and success. You will be tasked with leading market scans, understanding cutting edge cybersecurity technology players and developing a Board level business case for all acquisitions. Our recent track-record in M&A demonstrates our laser focus and ability to execute at a remarkable pace. We need this leader to collaboratively with other business functions to map the technologies and its fit into our products, independently lead problem-solving, manage stakeholders and uncover value and opportunities for the business.

    YOUR IMPACT

    • Responsible for leading and driving our M&A deals - from due diligence and deal signature to close process  in partnership with cross-functional teams and Executive Management
    • Demonstrate your relationships with VC's/Bankers/ Tech CEO's to create a robust M&A pipeline and drive business case development, deal structuring, contract negotiations and stakeholder management for a set of priority targets
    • Work with the  CSO and senior leadership team to drive realization of the strategic and financial value from all M&A transactions
    • Develop and present high-quality recommendations and deliverables for executive level consumption and contribute to associated strategy and execution discussions
    • Work collaboratively across a cross-functional set of stakeholders to gather the right information, pressure test your hypothesis, co-create deliverables, accelerate execution and unlock value
  • Qualifications

    YOUR EXPERIENCE

    • 10+ years of experience as a M&A leader or in Technology Investment banking at a top investment bank 
    • Experience in structuring deals, ideally from small tech deals to large $1-2B deals
    • Demonstrated success in leading deal close process thorough diligence of financials/corp structure
    • Established relationships with tech bankers, VCs and startup CEO’s (ideally cybersecurity & cloud)
    • Experience with cross-functional program management 
    • Interest in cloud and cybersecurity a must, knowledge in these is a plus
    • Ability to work and lead in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and under tight timelines
    • Highly motivated, high impact, energetic leader, who is passionate about M&A and can thrive in a high performance, results-driven environment
    • Proven track record of inspiring others to a vision and actively managing a highly professional, M&A team
    • Effective verbal and written communication ability and comfortable with both business and technical discussions with senior audiences
    • Experience in building unquestioning relationships and influencing others
    • Collaborative team player willing to go beyond strategy in order to support execution and realization
    • MBA in finance from a top tier institution
