    YOUR CAREER

    We are seeking to add a Corporate Responsibility (CR) Intern to our small but mighty team for the summer of 2022! In this role, you will have exposure to all of our CR strategies: Respect Our Planet, Uplift Our Communities and Advance Our Industry. You will engage in projects and support the efforts of the entire Corporate Responsibility team. This is a detail-oriented, fast paced, and exciting role!

    YOUR IMPACT

    • Support our employee engagement activities ranging from our charitable matching program, volunteer event coordination and green team activities
    • Participate in our communication strategies including use of Slack, The Loop (our Intranet), email communications and social media
    • Be involved in our CR and Environmental, Social & Governance (“ESG”) reporting processes 
    • Within your first 2 weeks, you’ll work with the team to identify a unique CR project for you to own and execute during the course of your internship
    • Partner with your UR and Intern colleagues to produce a volunteer project for Interns and their supervisors

    YOUR EXPERIENCE

    • Rising Sophomores or Rising Juniors
    • You share our passion for making a difference and increasing awareness about the importance of CR in business
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize time, and meet deadlines in a challenging and fast-paced environment
    • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
    • Self-directed and able to work independently
    • Demonstrated experience interacting/serving customers (i.e. responding to employee inquiries)

    Disclosure required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum compensation (includes on-target earnings = base + on target incentives for sales roles) for this role to be located in the state of Colorado. If hired in Colorado, this position starts at $25/hr. Depending on the position offered, restricted stock units and incentive or bonus pay may be provided as part of this compensation package.
