    YOUR CAREER

    The Chief of Staff role will act as a senior-level partner to the CFO to help drive activities, projects and strategies across the CFO organization and cross-functionally across the company. The successful candidate will create, develop and execute strategic, cross-functional projects, representing the CFO in many situations. 

    We’re looking for an individual who is highly organized, proactive, and possesses both a strategic mindset and strong attention to detail. The role involves supporting the CFO, to run the cadence of the CFO organization and drive through most day-to-day decision making. This is a strategic role (not administrative) for someone who wants exposure and direct impact to executive decision-making, cross-functional problem solving and mission critical projects that will impact the trajectory of the whole company.

    YOUR IMPACT

    • Partner with CFO on a range of critical, highly visible topics for the company in building our business, building the CFO organization, and building stewardship and processes 
    • Help run the cadence for strategic decision-making including supporting quarter kick-offs (QKOs), strategic forums, major decision meetings, etc. while making sure key actions and decisions are being driven by the right stakeholders to achieve targeted outcomes
    • Drive semi-annual/annual goal setting, drive alignment on goals for the organization, and institute the monitoring needed 
    • Support the creation of critical presentations for the CFO including but not limited to Board and Audit Committee Decks, All-Hands materials, etc
    • Support the CFO in building out our process infrastructure (documentation, templates, decision-making models, action item capture, etc.) and provide leadership to ensure we're running smoothly
    • Partner with internal constituents including company executives as well as cross functional teams across the company
    • Help leadership understand and respond to strategic, organizational, cultural and operational blind spots, by bringing an outside-in view
    • Orchestrate and manage an effective rhythm of the CFO organization and optimize continuously in pursuit of leanness, agility and impact
  • Qualifications

    YOUR EXPERIENCE

    • 10~15 years of relevant work experience 
    • Bachelor degree in Economics/Finance or related field and a history of career success 
    • MBA is a plus  
    • Effective verbal and written communication ability and comfortable with both business and technical discussions with senior audiences
    • Successful track record of Project or Program Management and comfort independently driving the process for multi-faceted efforts with many stakeholders
    • Collaborative team player willing to go beyond strategy in order to support execution and realization
    • Fluency in developing executive ready slides, leading analysis and data-driven insight generation efforts is critical
    • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with minimal supervision
    • Experience in managing confidential and private information with discretion, judgment and diplomacy
    • Expertise in the enterprise technology and knowledge of the market is a plus but not required
    • Additional relevant experience with large transformations including PMO is a plus
    • Experience partnering effectively with cross-functional teams and leaders up to the C-level
    • Ability to work across multiple functions - including Communications, PR, Sales, Marketing, Finance, People, Legal and Operations
    • Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Effective Program Management skills, with demonstrated ability to lead complex strategic and operational initiatives
    • Excellent judgment and critical thinking skills, and drive for results
