    YOUR CAREER

    We are looking for a motivated, intelligent, hardworking and creative intern to join the Consumer Cloud team as a Cloud Engineer. As a member of our Consumer Group, you will be responsible for designing and developing cloud applications. You will work with product management on user requirement, apply your knowledge to functional design, utilize your programming skills for efficient and robust implementation, and interact with quality assurance and field support teams throughout the entire software development cycle.

    YOUR IMPACT

    • Innovate, design and develop cloud applications for a new consumer oriented network appliance product on backends for the appliance and for its mobile app client. 

    • Deliver the product’s core features in high quality and performance. 

    • Work closely with DevOps and QA engineers in the team. Contribute in all phases of the product development cycle, from definition, design, through implementation, integration and test.

    YOUR EXPERIENCE

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Familiarity with common data structures and algorithms.

    • Experience with Golang, Python and/orJava.

    • Experience with developing cloud applications, cloud infrastructures, or big data systems.

    To apply, you must be pursuing a 4-year Undergraduate Degree, a 2-year Master’s Degree or a Doctorate degree and returning to school in the fall. You must have the authorization to work within the United States.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with or knowledge of gRPC, WebSocket, and SSL/TLS.

    • Familiarity with GCP and/or AWS.
