This role requires an Admin person who have very deep knowledge and experience working in ICIMS (That's the core role responsibility. I would say 90 of the work is done in iCIMS on day to day basis) Job Description Duties middot Responsible for the analysis, adjustment and restructuring of different aspects of a business. middot Responsibility to ensure that a business's structure is meeting top output efficiency. middot Work closely with individuals at all levels of employment to see what is and isn't working in the most efficient manner possible. middot Responsible for interacting with and addressing employees at all levels in a professional manner while providing constructive criticism that is conducive to the restructuring of current systems. middot Responsible for identifying and addressing current and future business needs within the realms of currently accessible resources. middot Responsible for advising on the allocation of resources in such a way that minimizes waste and maximizes efficient use and profitability. middot Their positions are ongoing requiring multiple follow-ups on completed work and flexible availability for future consultation. middot Must have a functional understanding of software systems and at least a fundamental understanding of software coding. middot They must be completely proficient in Microsoft Office and have interpersonal communication skills. middot Business system analysts must be prepared to address any concerns that arise during any restructuring of existing systems and adequately explain the advantages and disadvantages to any stem changes made under their supervision. middot Determine solutions to business softwarehardware system problems. middot Analyze business processes and write system process specifications to be used. middot Work with clients to determine their business needs to transform them into information technology system requirements. Required Skills middot Act as a Functional Expert and Power User to TA Systems at Intuit in iCIMS middot Develops, implements, maintains, and communicates system governance standards, structure, processes, and procedures. middot Gather, document, validate requirements and translate requirements into system designs followed by testing the developed functionality middot Researches identifies, and resolves end-user issues, systems discrepancies, and partners with vendor support to track and escalate issues as needed. middot Partner with engineering to determine the best technical solutions to address the requirements middot Responsible to manage monthly product releases and help manage change. Desired Skills and Experience middot Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. middot 5+ years overall experience in Talent Systems domain(ICIMS) requirements analysis, design, configuration, testing and deployment to production middot Experience with iCIMS or other comparable industry solutions middot Strong leadership, change management, and process management skills middot Demonstrated consultative abilities to assess and recommend solutions middot Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate across organizations to optimize outcomes middot Extensive understanding and responsibility in project management principles middot Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical groups Nice to Have bull Prior experience supporting Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) andor web-based products.
