This is a full time job guaranteed 40 hrs. minimum a week + monthly team bonus. Face to Face interview in Burlingame, CA and if hired we will provide transportation to and from training down in Southern California. In the manufacturing facility training is a week and then two week training in the field. Our Service areas for our technicians will cover all of Northern California. From time to time we do out of state service calls which will require you to fly or drive. May include you working on the weekends. The duties include repairing/troubleshooting folding doors and window systems with little supervision. On an average day you will spend about 75% of the time driving and 25% doing service calls. Qualifications: * Ability to work before and after business hours as required. * Valid drivers license and good driving record required. * Outstanding written, verbal and customer service communication skills. * Past service technician experience is a plus but not required due to the uniqueness of our product and you will be trained in our factory and in the field. We will provide a company vehicle and tools. * Ability to work with a team. * Ability to lift/carry heavy items. * Ability to travel on little or no notice. * Ability to read and comprehend introductions. * Ability to exercise good judgement. * Great attitude with a high-energy personality. * Proven track record of achieving or over achieving goals.
