Come join the Panoramic Team! Panoramic is looking for an experienced Accounting Assistant to perform A/R, A/P, and Payroll functions. Must be a detailed, self-starter with the ability to multi-task.
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:
- Process Account Receivable invoices, credit/debit memos and post payments to customer accounts daily.
- Prepare and distribute daily and weekly invoiced sales reports.
- Match vendor invoices, packing slips and purchase orders for vouchering.
- Process all payables for approval and payment taking cash discounts as appropriate.
- Process and print weekly check run to pay vendors.
- Process hourly payroll and manage all changes to payroll weekly.
- Perform month-end review of accounts and reports for month end closing.
- Serve as a back up for answering phones
REQUIREMENTS:
- Three to five years Accounting experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word)
- ADP Payroll experience a plus (Workforce Now, Enhanced Time & Attendance)
- Must be detailed, organized, and have the ability to multi-task
