Day in the Life:
Responsible for preparing and plating cold food items with precision
o Salads, Raw Bar items, chilled appetizers, garnishes, and desserts.
Passion for quality ingredients, consistency, and presentation
Thrives in a high-pressure environment
Provide friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service to the team and guests
Operate under our standard operating procedures and core values
Prepare, execute, and present food to Buck & Rider brand standards
Maintain sanitary conditions in all dining, kitchen, and bar areas
Mark, date, and rotate all products
Maintain production and cleaning schedules
Remains organized and maintains a neat, organized workspace
Strong communication skills
Accept direction from Management
Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures

Requirements:
Ability to read recipes and follow their instructions, measurements, etc.
Keen eye for plating and presentation
Professional appearance and strong communication skills
1+ years’ experience as a cook in a restaurant environment
Punctual, reliable, and ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation
Ability to spend long periods on your feet and lift 50lbs
