Job Description
The Paper Operations Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing operational and improvement projects across Paper Machines and Coaters. This role supports both short- and long-term operational goals, ensuring seamless project delivery, improved efficiency, and adherence to safety and quality standards. The coordinator will act as a liaison between operations, maintenance, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and support production excellence.

Experience with Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
Working knowledge of CMMS systems (e.g., SAP, Maximo).
PMP or similar project management certification.
Strong understanding of paper machine operations and process flow.
Additional Information
Working Conditions:
Work will be split between office and production floor environments.
Occasional exposure to noise, humidity, and temperature extremes typical of a paper mill setting.
Must be available to support occasional off-shift and weekend activities during critical projects.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to walk, stand, and climb stairs/ladders in a mill environment.
Capable of wearing all required PPE and adhering to safety protocols.
