We are a fun, hip, trendsetting company looking for a highly motivated Digital Media Ingest Operator. The primary role of the Media Ingest Operator is to facilitate the timely ingest of media in preparation for editing. This role requires a solid technical understanding as well as strong organizational skills. Along with Ingest duties you will be required to compile post-production paperwork for deliveries and assist editing team on projects.

There is a 90-day probation period with $13/hour wage. After the probation period, salary is determined based on performance and experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Ingesting a high volume of raw media from field producers
- Media storage and back-up
- Organize all media into proper location, structure, and naming conventions
- Verify all video, audio, photos, and documents have been organized and delivered correctly
- Coordinate with field producers for retrieving any missing media or documents and assist with other aspects of post-production
- Create and organize project files for each scene
- Review raw footage and keep up with the schedule
- Confirm all contents (script, story, and creative needs) consistent with Pre-Production requirements
- Verify all media meets company requirements before sending out payments
- Flag problem scenes and communicate with producers for payment adjustment
- Catch and record potential red-flags for video editing
- Other ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- Passionate about video production, creative content, video editing or other related fields
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast learner and hard worker
- Adaptable, capable of managing multiple deadlines, changing deadlines, delegating responsibility for tasks
- Self-directed worker, but also a team player
- Great interest in the adult industry
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere is a plus
- Knowledge of filmmaking processes is a plus
- Knowledge of Google Sheets is a plus.
