Paper Street Media operates a successful web-based, on-demand video entertainment network from our headquarters in downtown Miami. We are a friendly, fun, and dynamic team looking for a Scrum Master that is curious, willing to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

THINGS YOU'LL DO

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading several concurrent agile projects across multiple departments. You will join an existing team of executives, project managers, business analysts, scrum masters, and developers.

• Facilitate all aspects of the agile process for multiple teams including leading meetings, planning projects, and managing velocity
• Collaborate with internal business and development teams, external development teams, and external vendors
• Maintain project tracking, documentation, and artifacts
• Support stakeholders with frequent communication and management of expectations
• Champion agile best practices for both scrum and kanban

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ years of professional experience working in agile or project management
• Significant understanding of the software development lifecycle for web applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Big Plus: Additional certifications such as Certified Scrum Master or PMP
• Big Plus: Hands-on experience as a software developer
