    JOB TITLE: Secretary  Student Government, Student Hourly

     

    DEPARTMENT: Student Government

     

    PAY RATE: $ 12.85

     

    NUMBER OF OPENINGS: 1

     

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    • Support SGA Board members and SGA events through various assigned office and event duties.
    • Record the minutes of all meetings of the SGA.
    • Maintain a professional office environment and assume all duties related to the upkeep of said office under the supervision of the SGA President.
    • Be responsible for the publication of all formal documents.
    • Distribute draft minutes to all SGA members, faculty advisors and others as indicated by the president prior to the next SGA meeting.
    • Be responsible for the publication of all formal SGA Documents.

     

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

     

    • Currently enrolled in 6 credit hours

     

     

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

     

    • Previous office administration employment preferred.
    • Ability to work as part of a team, ask questions in order to understand assigned projects, multi-task and computer literacy including working knowledge of Microsoft Word, excel, and Outlook.

     

    TIME COMMITMENT

     

    15-20 hours per week
