    Altrus LLC provides community living support services to individuals with developmental disabilities.  We are currently seeking Developmental Disabilities Aides/Community Living Coaches for our homes in Macon, GA for VARIOUS shifts. The Developmental Disabilities Support Aide provides direction and support in the activities of daily living for residents in company-operated group homes. The group home setting serves individuals in a safe and nurturing environment where they may receive personal support, transportation, assistance with meal preparation and shopping. The Aide works to provide the services needed by each individual living in the home.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Must be at least 18 years old;
    • High school diploma or GED;
    • 1 or more years of experience working successfully with elderly and/or developmentally disabled individuals;
    • Ability to perform all personal support duties as needed to support the person's care plan;
    • Current driver's license;
    • Current CPR/First Aid certification;
    • CPI Certification;
    • Current TB screening;
    • Fingerprints and acceptable criminal background report; and,
    • Basic computer skills.

     

    This job is located in Macon, GA and is Part-Time.
