    OUR STORY started more than 60 years ago when eight employees from Coors Brewery established the Coors Credit Union.  Throughout the past six decades, membership expanded as products and services were introduced with a focus on delivering first-class financial solutions.

    ON TAP CREDIT UNION was born from this rich heritage in 2017 when we changed the name from Coors Credit Union, to include all beer manufacturers, employees and enthusiasts.     WHAT YOU’LL DO

    • Provide distinguished consultative sales and service by proactively fulfilling the needs of each member through advocacy. Anticipate member needs and provide appropriate business and consumer recommendations.

     

    WHAT THAT MEANS

    • Anticipates the needs of the member and provide advocacy based offerings once a clear understanding of the members’ financial situation is uncovered. Constantly keeping in mind, the importance of building wealth and reducing debt to create financial success for our members.
    • Skillfully offer fully protected options for members based on their needs utilizing our ancillary product suite.
    • Responsible for completing requests and capitalizing on opportunities supplied by members initiated online, over the phone and in branch.
    • Conduct consumer loan interviews and submit completed applications to Lending.
    • Analyze and discuss the credit bureau and make appropriate recommendations.
    • Working knowledge of Lending Guidelines.

    Required Skills Required Experience

    • High school degree or GED
    • Two to five years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions.
  • Qualifications

    *Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a routine basis *Ability to bend and stoop on a continual basis *Ability to work outside in all weather conditions *Ability to work around bees, poison ivy, pollen, thorns and other environmental risks *Must wear work boots, Bland landscaping uniforms and present yourself in a clean and polite manner *Must practice safety with chemicals and equipment *Must wear company-provided eye and ear protection as required *Must have good communication skills and ability to motivate others *Must be willing to obtain NC pesticide applicator''s license *Valid NC Driver''s license and good driving record preferred
