    Job Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Contact customers to let them know Paradigm is ready to visit their site to provide energy audits or conservation projects

    • Negotiate schedule availability and manage audit calendar for multiple stakeholders

    • Track all scheduling communications

    • Customize customer proposals

    • Assist in creation of project packages to submit for funding for approval

    • Assist with project development tasks such as data entry and other administrative duties

    • Maintained database accuracy in tools such as Monday.com

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

    o Experience with technical or construction scope writing a plus

    o Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese a plus

    • Strong computer skills including MS Office

    • Strong initiative and self-management skills

    • Outstanding time management, prioritization, and organizational skills

    • College degree

    • Work experience in an office environment a plus

    SALES COORDINATOR

    We are seeking a SALES COORDINATOR to join our growing team and help support our Business Development team. As a company, Paradigm performs energy audits in buildings and then installs electrical, mechanical, and weatherization upgrades.

    As our SALES COORDINATOR, you help us plan and facilitate all project activities that keep us on schedule for our clients. For example, one of your main responsibilities will be to maintain our auditing schedule. This means you will communicate directly with auditors and site contacts, arming them with correct project related information (like addresses, utility sources, etc.). You are responsible for contacting customers by phone and email to schedule site visits and more, working closely with the Business Development team to track communications and any necessary follow-ups.

    Additionally, by using various tools like Monday.com, Excel, and Microsoft Teams, you will help keep projects up to date, real-time, allowing you to stay on top of the schedules, and keeping our projects moving forward efficiently. You will be responsible for customizing proposals and maintaining materials involved, so paying close attention to details is critical.

    We are looking for someone great at communicating, multitasking, organizing, planning, and solid follow through abilities. In doing all this, not only will you help our business continue to grow, but you will also literally be part of it! The SALES COORDINATOR will report directly to our Business Development Manager and work closely with our sales and project development team.
