    The Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Marketing Specialist uses a mix of creativity and strong data analytical skills to identify website and landing page optimization opportunities. Works to develop and execute a strategy to turn those ideas into an optimization and testing system. Manage the optimization process, including concept development, building, and refining those optimization tests based on previous tests, new analytical insights, and feedback directly from sales teams on lead performance metrics. It's essential that you are comfortable building and deploying a range of executive-level reporting and detailed performance-based performance.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify and manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel, including landing pages, website calls-to-action, and lead-generating forms
    • Use an iterative approach to optimization, continuously taking test results and data into account in formulating new tests and hypotheses
    • Create landing page variations, test performance reports in analytics, and provide analyses on opportunities based on data
    • Conduct and analyze qualitative and quantitative user research to optimize user interactions
    • A background in testing and making data-driven decisions
    • Multi-step landing page development and deployment experience
    • Technical background having either been hands-on in landing page development or successfully leading developer resources
    • Creative mindset and willingness to provide direction and feedback on design concepts
    • Comfortable working in Jira with an organized sprint-based mindset
    • Conceive and manage landing pages from start to finish
    • Create landing page deliverables such as wireframes, mockups, specifications, process flows, competitor mood boards, user personas, and prototypes
    • Keep abreast of the latest landing page design and technology trends
    • Estimate effort, plan schedules, and manage time effectively
    • Participate in regular landing page reviews and be ready to rationalize and justify decisions clearly

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a Conversion Optimization role
    • Experience with A/B testing strategies and tools, such as Google Optimize, Optimizely, or similar tools
    • Experience with Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio), Marketo, and Salesforce or other analytics and marketing tools
    • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
    • Experience working in platforms like Unbounce or Click Funnels building, deploying, and optimizing performance
    • Special consideration if you have historically worked with the Impressure platform or similar systems
    • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now and in future
