    Job Description

    PARADIGM PRECISION SPECIALIZES IN THE MANUFACTURING OF COMPLEX FABRICATION AND PRECISION MACHINED COMPONENTS FOR GAS TURBINE ENGINES.   WE SERVE CUSTOMERS AROUND THE WORLD IN COMMERCIAL AND MILITARY AVIATION, POWER GENERATION, THE MARINE INDUSTRY, ROTARY WING, AND UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLES.

     

    PURPOSE/ SUMMARY

    Work with new, current, and former employees to assist in the hiring, administration and training processes, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

    Under direct supervision:

    • Create, maintain, store, secure, and destroy employee records
    • Work closely with employees regarding their benefits and compensation options
    • Participate in recruitment events
    • Assist with audits and compliance reviews
    • Help inform workers of expectations related to their work environment, such as workplace behavior and appearance
    • Act as a resource for employees for resolving workplace issues
    • Act as a resource for information for their respective departmental leadership and employees
    • Assists with non-complex employee relation matters, learns how to counsel both manager and employees towards a positive outcome
    • Coordinate leave of absences and accommodation requests
    • Learns about trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
    • Facilitate a supportive work environment and an engaged workforce
    • Operationalize HR programs and services, (e.g. Performance Management, Recruitment and Retention, Compensation, Learning and Development, Employee and Labor Relations, Leave Management, etc.)
    • Other job related duties as assigned

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • 1 year relevant experience
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
    • Detail oriented
    • Familiar with Human Resource Information Systems
    • Able to read, write, and speak in standard English

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
    • 2 year's human resource experience
    • Working knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
    • Working knowledge of interviewing techniques
