Thank you for stopping by to check out our posting for our Inside Territory Representative role! We know that life can be busy!

We are looking for a high-energy, positive, outgoing individual that is passionate about supporting and helping our customers, building and maintaining relationships, and becoming the go-to person for the Canadian market. Because this role will be supporting all of Canada, conversational-level fluency in French (reading, writing, and speaking) is required.

As the ITR, you can expect to make calls on dental offices in your respective territory as well as following up on leads from tradeshows, sponsored educational events, and speaking events. You would also be receiving inbound calls and emails from our dealer partners and customers within your territory; answering questions about our product, promotions, and overall acting as the primary support contact. If you don’t have experience in the dental field or dental sales, no problem! For the right person with the right attitude and motivation, we have built a 7-part training program that will give you all the tools you need to succeed. Once you have become familiar enough with PDT and our product lines, you would also be conducting trainings on our new and existing products virtually or in-person. That’s the other exciting part of this role: travel! At least quarterly, you would be travelling by plane to your territory to either visit offices, attend tradeshows and events, visit our dealer partners’ offices, or a combination of all three! We want this role to be fun, engaging, challenging, and rewarding. PDT has been growing rapidly, and this position is key to our continued success!

The ITR is a full-time, salaried position plus the opportunity for quarterly commission if growth targets are met. The hours for this role would be Monday through Thursday, from 7:30 am to 4 pm with a 30-minute lunch, and Fridays from 8:00 – 4:30 pm.
