In this role, you can expect to handle all things ecommerce! We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to assist PDT with everything that comes along with order placing, processing, and analyzing. Additionally, this role will have tasks and projects oriented around customer experience, fraud prevention, order troubleshooting, ordering platform maintenance, promotion management, pricing audits, project management, and market research.

For the Web Specialist role, we are looking for an individual that has experience in ecommerce, online order management, or a related field. The successful candidate will also have experience in fraud prevention and resolution, managing online promotions, leveraging market research to ensure adequate pricing, Microsoft Office, CRM software, and/or accounting software. If you have some or all of this experience, this may be the role for you!

The hours for this role are Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm (4:30 pm if you decide to take a lunch break).
