APPOINTMENT SETTER SPECIALIST (EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our sales team as an Appointment Setter. Our ideal candidate is able to use their business knowledge and charm to engage potential customers and increase sales through inbound and outbound calls. Although this is not a direct sales role, we are searching for candidates that are sales driven. First and foremost, you are selling the potential customers on our impeccable customer service and on why Paradise Exteriors should be there #1 choice for Windows, Doors and Roofing. This is a results-based position that gives you the exciting opportunity to control your own level of success.

APPOINTMENT SETTER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make 350+ outbound calls a day.
• Influence customers to set up a free estimate using a prepared script.
• Work with potential customers to find best time for free estimate.
• Verify & input customer's information into database. (Attention to Detail is key!)
• Must maintain professional demeanor.
• Provide exceptional customer service.

APPOINTMENT SETTER REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for candidates who are passionate, highly goal-oriented with the ability to take full advantage of all opportunities. Detail oriented with STRONG organizational skills, time management, the ability to effectively prioritize and follow through. It is vital that all Appointment Setters display the following:

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Appointment Setter/ Call Center Experience
• Reliable Transportation
