OPENING: Customer Service Representative

SHIFT: 1st

LOCATION: Cartersville, GA

COMPANY OVERVIEW: Paragon Tank Truck Equipment provides off-loading solutions for tank truck companies. We design and build new products while raising the bar on customer service and pushing the boundaries of our industry.

JOB TYPE: Full-time position

PURPOSE: To prepare, distribute and manage marketing literature while providing industry leading technical service and support to our customers.

DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS:

• Assisting Regional Sales Managers with Customer Orders, Questions and Requests 

• Assisting Accounting with setting up new customers

• Working with Engineering to set  up new part numbers

• Creating and Maintaining Product Marketing Literature using Gimp, Inkscape, iMovie, Pages & Google

• Distributing Marketing Literature via Mailchimp and YouTube

• Providing Layout Assistance to Sales for Marketing Plans

• Collaborating with Sales to Evaluate and Maintain Pricing

• Assisting in the creation of Packaging Instructions 

• Collaborating with Purchasing Department to confirm component availability

• Entering Orders and Confirming Picklist and Invoice Accuracy 

• Generating Returned Goods Authorizations and Processing Credits

• Processing Credit Cards

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma with excellent verbal, written and communication skills

• Must have good exceptional computer skills

• Must be dependable, punctual and believe in teamwork 

• Must be able to pass a drug screening, physical examination and background check

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

• A mechanical aptitude with a basic understanding of hydraulics and/ or hydraulic systems

• Sales, Customer Service and/ or Program Management experience

• Experience Working with Social Media Platforms

WORK HOURS:  Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Occasional overtime may be required)

COMPENSATION: Up to $25.00 per hour depending on experience

BENEFITS:

• Health Care: Monthly premiums (Basic Plan) is currently covered for the employee under the guidelines we provide. Coverage is available after 90 days of employment. Dental, vision, disability and life insurance are also available after 90 days with premiums paid by the employee.

• 401K: Enrollment is available after 90 days.

• Holidays: The company has 9 paid holidays.

• Vacation: 1 week after 1 full year of employment, 2 weeks after 3 years of employment, and 3 weeks after 10 years.
