Job Description

NOTE: Candidates will not be considered that wish to maintain full-time employment while working Paragone's part-time role. This is an ideal position for a recruiting professional looking to: 1) slow down work requirements due to family obligations, 2) restart their career on a part-time basis, 3) or end their career on a part-time basis.

The selected candidate will likely work 20 to 25 hours per week, although more hours could be required depending on recruiting requirements. 

PARAGONE WILL NOT CONSIDER OUTSIDE RECRUITING FIRMS TO SUPPORT THIS ROLE.

The part-time recruiter will support a broad array of recruiting initiatives. Candidates must have IT SME recruiting experience.

This is a part-time position. This will be a telework position with very flexible hours.

Key responsibilities include:

• Write job descriptions
• Conduct proactive candidate searches using LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, Clearance Jobs, Indeed, etc.
• Maintain company resume database pipeline
• Post open job requisitions to applicant tracking system and external job sites
• Reformat resumes
• Conduct resume screening for open positions
• Perform 1st level phone screens for open positions
• Coordinate 2nd/3rd level interviews

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience performing technical recruiting
• Prior experience working in a Government contracting and consulting environment
• Outstanding writing and communication skills
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Word
• Willingness to expand skillset and support a broad array of company functions

This position must be able to screen candidates ensuring they meet minimum requirements, e.g. 10 years relevant (not total) experience, have a DoD security clearance at the appropriate level, and have the appropriate minimum certifications (e.g. CISSP, CEH, Security+).
