Responsibilities: • Independently manage a large caseload of personal injury and criminal files • Support cases pending in the Maryland District and Circuit Courts • Ability to efficiently file through MDEC • Draft and file pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and correspondence • Track and manage court deadlines, scheduling orders, and compliance requirements • Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, insurance carriers, medical providers, and court personnel • Maintain accurate and organized case management systems and litigation files Qualifications: • 4+ years of paralegal experience , with a strong focus on litigation • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a high-volume caseload • Experience with Maryland District and Circuit Court procedures • Strong drafting, organizational, and case-management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a deadline-driven environment Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000
