Atkinson Law Post Falls is looking for a Paralegal to join our growing team. We are a new law firm that handles a wide range of practice areas including business law, estate planning, real estate, criminal law, and civil litigation. The owners recently acquired an established practice in Post Falls and are actively building a strong, client-focused team.

Role Overview :
This is a key support role that will allow our attorneys to focus on high-level legal work. As our Paralegal, you will be the backbone of daily operations—keeping the firm organized, responsive, and running smoothly. You will work directly with the attorneys and serve as a primary point of contact for clients.

The paralegal position will be expected to support the firm's operations by managing calendars, ensuring responsive communication to current and prospective clients, and handling clerical tasks so the attorneys can focus on performing the legal work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage attorney calendars, scheduling, and deadlines with precision
• Handle incoming and outgoing client communications with professionalism and timeliness
• Perform clerical and administrative tasks including document preparation, filing, and organization
• Assist with client intake, onboarding, and follow-up
• Help maintain accurate records and case files
• Support marketing and office administration as needed
• Use Clio practice management software for case tracking and billing support (training available).

Ideal Candidate:

• Exceptional people skills with a warm, professional demeanor
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prior paralegal or legal administrative experience preferred
• Familiarity with Clio is a big plus
