About the Role: Atlanta Family Law Group LLC is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to support attorneys in a structured, litigation-focused environment. This role is critical to maintaining efficiency across active case dockets. You will work closely with attorneys to manage case progression, maintain organization, and ensure deadlines and deliverables are consistently met. This is not an administrative-only role. This is a litigation support position requiring strong organization, attention to detail, and ownership of workflow. Responsibilities: • Hold client interviews to gather information about their legal problems • Arrange law office activity such as drafting subpoenas and coordinating with process servers • Organize our case filing systems to ensure all documents are properly sorted and easy to locate, and other administrative duties as needed • Aid lawyers in trial preparation by preparing and organizing exhibits, organizing and coordinating witnesses, conducting research on legal articles, and assisting with client meetings and filing motions • Assist lawyers in preparing legal documentation, pleadings, and correspondence including correspondence such as interrogatories, subpoenas, deposition notices, complaints, pretrial orders, legal briefs, and affidavits Qualifications: Required: • 2+ years of family law paralegal experience • Experience drafting pleadings and managing discovery • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to manage multiple active cases simultaneously • Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office Preferred: • Experience in a high-volume family law environment • Trial preparation experience • Familiarity with Georgia family law procedures Who This Role Is For: • Paralegals who thrive in structured, fast-paced environments • Professionals who take ownership of their work • Individuals who understand the importance of organization in litigation • Team players who support both attorneys and clients effectively Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000
