Midtown Manhattan plaintiffs' personal injury firm seeks an experienced paralegal to assist and support attorneys in this long-established, high-volume practice. 3-5 years of experience with plaintiff's personal injury is preferred. Salary commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist attorneys in all aspects of litigation from case intake to trial.
• Respond to discovery demands.
• Draft pleadings.
• Draft memos and correspondence to clients, court administration, and defense counsel.
• Prepare motion exhibits and e-file.
• Experience with first party claims a plus.

Qualifications Include:

• 3-5 years experience in plaintiff's personal injury, proficiency with E-Filing, Outlook, E-law, litigation software.
• High level of initiative with an aptitude for detail and follow-through.
• Demonstrate verbal and written communication skills and an ability to communicate efficiently, courteously, and effectively.
• Collaborative approach with an ability to work independently within the scope of the position's responsibilities.
• Proficiency in languages other than English a plus, but not required.
