The ideal candidate for this position will use their work experience and organizational skills to prepare and maintain legal documents, file motions, interview clients, and conduct legal research. Responsibilities: • Bilingual Abilities: Must Be Fluent in Spanish and English (Read it, Write It, Understand it) • Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and motions under the supervision of a lawyer • Discretion & Confidentiality: Handles sensitive client information with care • Team Collaboration: Works effectively with attorneys, clients, and co-workers • Problem-Solving Attitude: Finds solutions and adapts to legal and procedural changes • Time Management: Balances multiple deadlines and client cases efficiently. Effective Time Management By Arriving on Schedule and Meeting Deadlines • Empathy & Cultural Sensitivity: Works with individuals from all walks of life, often in high-stress situations • Clear Communication: Explains complex legal concepts and basic terminology • Perform administrative duties such as answering phone calls and keeping our case filing system organized, so all documents are readily accessible • Hold client interviews to gather information about their legal problems Qualifications: • Must be Bilingual, read, understand, write, and speak Spanish and English fluently • Must have great time-management skills and organizational skills Compensation: $35,000-$55,000
