Are you a productivity nerd, discovery wiz-kid, who loves helping people and telling lawyers what to do? We're hiring a paralegal to assist our legal team in preparing legal documents, filing motions, coordinating law office activity, and conducting legal research. YOU: You’re the organized, detail-obsessed powerhouse who keeps everyone on track. You're a productivity hacker, time-management pro, who loves systems that ensure everything gets done on time and everyone on your team (i.e., the lawyers) is where they need to be - ON TIME. You’re tech-fluent (or tech-curious!), and you live for consistency, excellence, and clear communication. You’re equal parts Zen and zesty, with the skills of a paralegal and the heart of a helper. You’re probably the friend everyone goes to when they need a plan, a spreadsheet, or a fierce-but-loving reality check HERE IS WHAT YOU'LL DO AS OUR PARALEGAL You’ll wear many hats. You’re a master communicator (both verbally and in writing), staunch client advocate, detail diva, quick study, tech nerd, connected networker, drama diffuser, mailroom maven, sometime barista (as we all are), e-filing wiz, document automation wunderkind, and incredible spokesperson for the firm when needed. You’ll be a professional. You promptly answer calls and emails, hit deadlines, and produce a high-quality work product. (If you can’t - or don’t want - to do this, please don’t lie to yourself or us... just don’t apply. Treat yourself for avoiding a job you won’t like.) You’ll become a legal AI & technology guru. You’ll leverage the firm’s legal tech stack to improve the quality of our work and client communications. You’re either an AI/automated process guru already, or you’re “AI-curious” and ready for the chance to dive in. We are a law firm that embraces innovation, and we want our paralegals to lead the charge. (And proofread our work to identify and revise mixed metaphors – which ethical AI tools can do for you . . . see how we did that right there?) You’ll put others before yourself. You’ll serve the clients, our team, and our communities. We give without expectation. We practice compassion, integrity, and directed action for the highest and best good of as many human beings as possible. Our paralegal paramour will do the same. You live for personal and professional development. You love learning and can’t stop yourself! And you’re not just talking about continuing education credits that you HAVE to obtain to keep your job. You get that coaching, personal and professional growth, and commitment to lifting up those around you are the “stuff” that makes work meaningful and fun. (If you are not growing, you’re dying. It’s cliché but true. That’s what makes it a cliche.)
