We pride ourselves on our client-focused approach and are looking for a skilled and motivated Full-Time Personal Injury Paralegal/Case Manager to join our team. Pay is negotiable based on experience. We are looking for someone who can work full-time in person. There are not many cases to manage, so we are looking for someone who can handle both litigation and prelitigation cases.

About the Role We’re seeking a detail-oriented, proactive paralegal who can take ownership of cases and move them forward efficiently. The ideal candidate will be able to assess case status, determine next steps, and take action with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Draft and prepare legal documents ✔ Communicate with clients, attorneys, and legal professionals ✔ Conduct legal research and review case files ✔ Assist with case management and filing ✔ Ensure deadlines and procedural requirements are met

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience in personal injury law is required - at least 3 years ✅ Self-starter mentality – you should be able to assess cases and take initiative ✅ Strong communication and organizational skills ✅ Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases at once ✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
