Responsibilities: • Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, to support our attorneys in delivering exceptional client service. • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to provide attorneys with the insights needed for case strategy and decision-making. • Manage case files and maintain organized records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible for the legal team. • Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration among all parties involved. • Assist in the preparation of trial materials, including exhibits and witness lists, to ensure our team is fully equipped for court proceedings. • Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and experts, fostering trust and clarity throughout the legal process. • Review and summarize case files, medical records, and other pertinent documents to provide attorneys with concise and accurate information for case preparation. Qualifications: • 3 years of experience in drafting petitions, complex pleadings, financial affidavits, and discovery is required. • To be considered, you must possess a Paralegal Certification or demonstrate the ability and experience to fulfill the associated responsibilities effectively. • Accreditation from MCLE is necessary for this role. • Proficiency in handling Judicial Council Forms, Microsoft Suite, MyCase, and Odyssey e-File CA is essential. • Strong written, verbal, and research skills are a must-have, along with excellent customer service skills and a high level of professionalism when working with clients. • Being organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively are essential to this role. • The ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and take initiative independently or as part of a team is crucial. Compensation: $50,000 - $85,000 yearly
