    Job Description

    Clarke Gallagher Barbiero Amuso & Glassman Law is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented and organized Paralegal to join our municipal law firm. The ideal candidate will have experience in legal research, drafting documents, managing case files, and coordinating with clients. Proficiency with legal document software, such as NetDocuments, is a plus, but not required. Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills are essential.

    ** Qualifications:**

    • Paralegal certificate preferred or relevant experience
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, etc. and other legal applications
    • Proficiency in legal research and document drafting
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • Demonstrated discretion with confidential information
    • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines with accuracy and professionalism

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare, draft, and file legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
    • Organize and maintain case files
    • Assist with discovery, including document review, production and indexing
    • Conduct legal research
    • Communicate with clients, courts and opposing counsel
    • Meet deadlines to maintain compliance with court rules and schedules
    • Assist with trial preparation
    • Manage and update case management systems and databases
    • Provide general administrative support to attorneys
    • Experience with tracking billable time is a plus but not required
